Rescheduling by CPR Faculty@IJN
CPR Faculty may need to reschedule the date and time of a training program. If this occurs, the following options are available to registered attendees:
1.Attend Another Class:
You can choose to attend a future training class at a more convenient time and location within the same country. Notify CPR Faculty at least one month before the new class starts. Your paid fee will be adjusted for the new course.
2.Nominate a Replacement:
You can nominate someone else to attend the rescheduled class in your place. This nomination must be communicated to CPR Faculty at least three days before the rescheduled class.
Rescheduling by a Registered Attendee
If you need to reschedule your attendance for any reason, you must request it at least one month before the original class date. The following options are available:
1.Attend Another Class:
You can choose to attend a future training class by referring to our next available courses on the website. Notify CPR Faculty at least one month before the original class date. Your paid fee will be adjusted for the new course.
2.Nominate a Replacement:
You can nominate someone else to attend the rescheduled class in your place. This nomination must be communicated to CPR Faculty at least one month before the original class date.
Please note that the rescheduled course must be within three months of the original class date.
Rescheduling Procedure
Send your rescheduling request via email to cpr@ijn.com.my from the email address used to register. Include the date of purchase, course name, and attach the purchase receipt. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
